It isn't often I am disappointed with Oriflame products / tools enough to want to write about it. This product just simply does not work - tried in an area as well as on an individual hair and it does not grip and nothing happens when roll up and down the skin as per the instructions. Extremely poor value for money at £7.95 (it's a £3 tool at most) and it is being returned for a full refund.
