Thick creamy, very tasty. Loved the slightly peppery taste too. As wasn't using it on weight loss, I added some cubes of feta cheese - gorgeous. Wish there were more flavours (creamy tomato? Broccoli and cheese? Roasted veggies?)

I'll admit, I was super excited about the flavour, over anything else. Mushroom is my favourite. Its such a rich, flavourful addition to my healthier eating plan and I'm always a little fuller after it. It's definitely one I'll keep stocked up on.
