I purchased this solely because I'd read that Charcoal is good for controlling the irritation itch of Pilaris Keratosis or chicken skin. My son is using it so far so good. Its very gentle, quite effective and the itching has subsided since using 2-3 times weekly. Very happy so far. Plus the bar will last ages!
