Keep one full as advertised. Product is rich in nutrients. However, there is a horrible taste, smell and after taste. I personally don't like sweetener, which ever type of sweetener is in it is BAD. If you don't want to use sugar, there are so many other healthy sugar alternatives to consider, banana, dates, etc
