Probiotic L. plantarum 299V™

The product is good, the normal price is too high for regular use, I buy the product when it is on sale. I am surprised when the product is advised to be taken after a meal, usually probiotics are recommended to be taken on an empty stomach.

I bought the product because it contains the specific strain lactobacillus plantarum 299V which, despite being one of the most studied strains, is unobtainable on the market. Unfortunately it is not specified whether it is gastroprotected; it is also a shame about the maltodextrin among the ingredients which is not the best for those with certain pathologies, even if I imagine it is a small quantity that should not be a problem. I was still happy with it and bought another pack to continue the treatment!
